Stripchezze is a  established gourmet food truck located in Las Vegas.  As the owner-operator, my main goal is to provide the customer a memorable experience at first bite by focusing on fresh ingredients and creative flavor combinations.  With my early infatuation of the Las Vegas Strip and love and passion for cheese, the name of Stripchezze came about quite easily.  Whether it’s plain-jane or a delicious gourmet grilled cheese, you really can’t go wrong.
